This is a declaration of war against corporate, political, and judicial corruption in the United States.
Not a petition. Not a protest. Not another nonprofit that files reports nobody reads. A sustained, documented, legally grounded assault on the systems that protect the corrupt and destroy the people who expose them.
We have watched judges rule for the highest bidder. Politicians shield corporations that fund their campaigns. Officials slam federal doors in the faces of whistleblowers holding the receipts. We have watched the system eat people alive for telling the truth — and then call it justice.

In mathematics, Y is the unknown variable — the dependent value manipulated by outside forces. In corporate fraud, in judicial corruption, in political collusion, Y is the human being whose life is destroyed to generate financial gain for someone else. We solve for Y. We find the human cost. We prove it. We name it.

Judicial A.I. Due-process Examiner
J.A.D.E. is a first-of-its-kind artificial intelligence tool built to expose, analyze, and document judicial manipulation and due process violations in U.S. civil litigation in real time.
Corruption in the courtroom is not random. Judges who rule for corporate defendants at statistically improbable rates. Cases that die in procedural limbo. Whistleblowers dismissed on technicalities while the fraud they exposed goes unprosecuted. J.A.D.E. monitors these patterns across jurisdictions, builds the evidentiary record, and makes the invisible visible.
The corrupt count on complexity to protect them. J.A.D.E. removes that protection.

Why this exists
The Origin
SolveForY.org was founded by J. Alan Konecny — a Coast Guard rescue swimmer, corporate whistleblower, and pro se litigant who spent over two decades being systematically destroyed for telling the truth.
He exposed the financial fraud that brought down Fleming Companies and K-Mart Corporation. He refused to commit securities fraud at Zale Corporation when the CEO demanded it. He watched federal agencies told to stand down. He watched a sitting U.S. Senator obstruct the very agencies designed to protect him. He filed 24 federal lawsuits in a single day. His court-ordered settlement has never been paid.
He built SolveForY because the system that was supposed to protect whistleblowers failed — and because the failure wasn’t accidental. It was engineered. And what is engineered can be dismantled.
The corruption isn’t random. It’s a pattern. And patterns can be proven.
